Advisory Committee
DeltaPoint Capital III, L.P. has an Advisory Committee which is comprised of five representatives from the limited partners group. The primary duties of the Advisory Committee are to resolve conflicts between the General Partner and the Fund, advise on changes to policies and procedures, and to approve the annual valuations of Fund III's investments.

James Doyle
James M. Doyle is Senior Vice President at US Bank, the seventh largest Bank in the country with $180 billion in assets. As Great Lake Regional Manager of US Bank Business Credit, Mr. Doyle manages a team that is responsible for leveraged lending in the Great Lakes area, which includes Chicago to Western New York. Mr. Doyle has 20 years of experience in leveraged lending which includes acquisition financing and restructuring transactions. Prior institutions have included Bank of America and GECapital.
Ronald Fielding
Mr. Fielding has been active in the investment markets for more than 25 years. He has been a Senior Vice President of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. since 1996 and supervises a professional staff of 10 and assets of $13 billion. Prior to being employed by Oppenheimer Funds, he was the founder and president of Fielding Management Company, Inc. and co-founder of Rochester Capital Advisors, L.P., two investment management firms for equity, convertible bond and municipal bond funds. He currently serves on the boards of the ICI Mutual Insurance Company, St. John's College (Annapolis, MD), and George Eastman House, and is or has been a member of their respective investment committees
Michael Harrington
Mr. Harrington is Chief Financial Officer with First Niagara Bank, an $8 billion multi-line bank headquartered in Western New York. He is responsible for investment, treasury and asset/liability management functions. Prior to joining First Niagara Bank, Mr. Harrington worked for Equity Bank, a Susquehanna Company, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has over 18 years of financial experience. Mr. Harrington holds an MBA in Finance from St. Josephs University, with a BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.
Stephen Hindmarch
Mr. Hindmarch is a Managing Director of the private equity program at HSBC Capital (USA) Inc. ("HCU"), a subsidiary of the HSBC Group. As a 16 year employee of the HSBC Group, he has worked in private equity, investment banking, corporate banking and credit in New York, London and Canada.
Mr. Hindmarch manages a portfolio of direct equity and mezzanine investments in a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, business services, consumer products, health care, medical devices, food retail and energy. HCU's portfolio also includes several private equity and mezzanine fund investments. Mr. Hindmarch serves on various advisory boards for these funds. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. Hindmarch worked for the Bank of Canada and for an international freight forwarding company. He holds an MBA from University of British Columbia.
Nick Smirensky
Nick Smirensky is a Senior Investment Officer with the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the second largest public pension fund in the United States. As a member of the Fund's Alternative Investment group, he has responsibility for overseeing a number of the Fund's private equity investments, including venture capital, corporate finance, international, and real estate opportunity funds. He also manages the Fund's in-state private equity investment program.
Prior to his current position, he was director of New York's College Savings Program, a tax advantage investment program sponsored by the State and managed by TIAA-CREF. He also oversaw the Office of the State Comptroller's financial analysis of the New York State budget. He holds the CFA designation and has a BA degree from Columbia College and an MA degree from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences of Columbia University.
